ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED
Abstracts must not be submitted if the work has been previously published or presented at another meeting prior to the start of this meeting.
Title: Limit to 10 words. The title should reflect the content of the abstract.
Authors: Surname and initials. Mark the presenter with an asterisk. The affiliation should follow each author.
Abstract: Limit abstract to 300 words. Use the template provided and make sure that the following headings appear in the abstract: Objective, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
Poster presentations will be uploaded onto the IADR/SMU website for viewing during the two days. Please follow the link provided on the website to view the posters once they are active.
The presentation must cover the same material as the abstract submitted. Use the following instructions
All posters must be in Portrait format.
The poster must be submitted as a PDF at least 5 days before the event.
Power point posters must be converted to PDF before submission.
Presentation number of the abstract, title and author(s) must be included on the poster.
It is helpful if the sequence to be followed is indicated by number, letter, or arrows.
Attach a small photograph of yourself to the poster so other participants can recognize you as the presenter.
If applicable, presenters should mention the sponsors of their research in their presentation.

Oral Presentation Deadline : Tuesday, 03 November, 2020
Poster Presentation Deadline : Friday, 06 November, 2020

Should you have difficulty in email your presentation please use “We Transfer” and email it to: nicolette.jordaan@smu.ac.za . (You do not need to sign up/register with We Transfer to send a file.)
PLEASE NOTE: you will need to include your Presentation Identification Number (PIN) number, e-poster number, Surname & Initials in your email.
