·   Proven track record of consistent communication with students in the residence.

·   Maintenance of good balance between academic and house committee work.

·   Active participation in promoting living and learning in the residence.

·   90% or more attended of the committee meetings;

·   Attended 90% or more of the meetings between the House Committee and the House Warden. 

·   Proof of effective contributions made in the work of the committee;

·   Should not be found guilty or be under investigation by the disciplinary committee for any transgression.
