HIV-1 Resistance & Molecular Laboratory in the Virology department is a newly refurbished lab that has state of the art equipment, allowing for implementation of the National Department of Health policy on HIV-1 management. Virology Department staff members are standing in front of a gel docking station which is used to visualise PCR products.
