Procurement

The Procurement Department is responsible for acquisition of goods and services for the University, while ensuring that quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness are achieved.

• Facilitates effective and efficient souring of goods and services,
• Acquires goods and services of specified quality at a competitive price from suitably qualified service providers who subscribe to high business ethics and comply with statutory requirements,
• Ensures proper processes and procedures for acquisition of goods and services that is fair, equitable and transparent.
