Sasol TechnoX, an exhibition focuses on displays, workshops, tours, talks and hands-on activities aimed at impassioning learners, students and the public about the endless career possibilities of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Furthermore, the exhibition strives to expose the many facets of technology by encouraging learners to explore a wide range of disciplines and careers that STEM offers.

This year’s Sasol Techno X took place from 31 July to 04 August 2017, in Secunda, Mpumalanga. Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU) had an opportunity to take part and exhibit a wide range of programmes offered by the institution.

Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University came 3rd in the Universities category. SMU takes delight in knowing that, as an Institution of higher education we are contributing in changing the lives of young learners in our communities.
