| Call for Nominations | Call For Nominations: One (1) Member of Finance and Investment Committee & Two (2) Members of Audit and Risk Committee of Council The Council of the SMU is the governing body of the University, and has, as part of its fiduciary duty, a responsibility to determine the strategic direction of the University. The Council carries out its functions through Committees it has established. One (1) vacancy in the Finance and Investment Committee has arisen to be filled by an individual with experience in Finance and Investment at the level of a Corporate Board or Board Committee; and Two (2) vacancies in the Audit and Risk Committee off Council (ARCC) have arisen to be filled by an individual with experience in Audit and Risk Management at the level of a Board or Board Committee. | 3 | 31 July 2025 |
