Operative Dentistry
Department of OPERATIVE DENTISTRY
Operative Dentistry is a department that deals with the art and science of diagnosing, preventing, treating, and prognosing diseases or trauma of the dentition. The Department of Operative Dentistry trains and educates students in Pre-clinical and Clinical Direct Restorative Dentistry, Paediatric Dentistry, Endodontics, and Restorative Materials for Direct Procedures at under and postgraduate levels. The department also provides clinical care for dental patients, and it teaches students how to diagnose and treat dental caries, non-carious defects, and trauma-related dental defects.
